What you can trade through Legend
Two market types, two very different risk profiles, and two very different fee rates. The distinction matters more than the specific ticker you pick.
Short answer
Legend provides perpetual contracts and spot markets using Hyperliquid liquidity. Perpetuals are leveraged derivatives with funding costs and liquidation risk, charged a documented 0.05% platform fee. Spot is unleveraged ownership of the asset, charged a documented 0.25%.

Why we do not publish an asset list
Listings change. A page that names forty tickers is accurate for a short while and misleading afterwards, and a trader who relies on it can arrive expecting a market that no longer exists or miss one that does. The authoritative list is inside the Legend app.
Liquidity matters more than availability
A market being listed does not mean it is comfortable to trade. Thin books widen spreads, increase slippage, and make stop orders execute far from where you expected. For leveraged positions, low liquidity is a direct amplifier of loss, and Legend documents that low-liquidity assets may be restricted for copy trading for related reasons.
What to check before trading any market
- Depth of the order book at the size you intend to trade.
- Recent funding rates, if you plan to hold a perpetual position.
- The total fee cost of a round trip, including network fees.
- Your liquidation price at the leverage you have selected.
- Whether volatility in that market is compatible with your stop distance.
Spot at a documented 0.25% deserves scrutiny
This is our editorial assessment: at five times the perpetual rate, the spot platform fee makes frequent spot trading through the interface expensive. If most of your activity is spot accumulation rather than active trading, price the fee against the alternatives before committing volume.
Markets FAQ
Which assets can I trade on Legend?
Legend provides access to perpetual and spot markets on Hyperliquid liquidity. The live list of tradable assets is maintained by Legend and changes over time, so check the app rather than any third-party list.
Why does this page not list every market?
A copied asset list goes out of date within weeks and a stale list is worse than no list. We document how the market types work and point you to the live source.
Is spot or perpetual trading cheaper on Legend?
Legend's documented platform fee is 0.05% on perpetuals and 0.25% on spot, so the platform-fee component of spot is five times higher. Total cost also includes Hyperliquid network fees.
Do all markets support copy trading?
No. Legend documents that low-liquidity assets may be restricted for copy trading, so some of a copied trader's positions may never reach your copy wallet.
